FAQs

If you have a query to which you cannot find an answer in the relevant section of our website, firstly we would advise checking the FAQs section of this website. This (as the name implies) contains the most common questions we receive, and you may find an answer in there.

Applicants' guide

Secondly, our comprehensive applicants' guide details and explores all aspects of the recruitment/application process from beginning to end, and thus we would expect that this will contain information you will find useful.

The applicants' guide will be published to the downloads section of this website.

Helpdesk

Should you be unable to locate an answer to your query, please contact the Specialty Recruitment Office (SRO) helpdesk via email with your query, at ct1recruitment@rcplondon.ac.uk. The SRO helpdesk is open from 9.00am - to 5.00pm every (working) weekday, and where possible we will respond to all queries within a maximum of 48 hours.

Our helpdesk will only accept and respond to queries sent via email. This is firstly so that all queries can be responded to chronologically, ie in the order in which they were received; and also email allows both candidates and helpdesk to give fuller explanations of queries/responses.
